Fosse Foxes Art Trail

Fosse Foxes Art Trail

It has been amazing being involved in this project for the new development at our shopping complex, Fosse Park! A number of foxes are being designed by aspiring local artists with inspiration taken from the city of Leicester. Collectively they will exhibit the history and culture of the city in a public art trail. I was lucky enough to be one of the chosen artists!

My design has been influenced by the renowned diverse cultures of Leicester, rich in vibrancy, unity and celebration! My fox is named ‘Lila’ and has taken particular inspiration from the Indian festivals of Holi (festival of colour) and Diwali (festival of light), together with the art forms of mandala and rangoli.

The art trail is planned to launch alongside the opening of Fosse Park West and Food Central in April 2021, so watch this space for the official unveil!

Inspired by recent travels!

Inspired by the beauty of recent travels to Italy and Turkey, amazing sights, authenticity and culture galore! My creative mind was flowing and so many ideas I don’t know where to start! There is beauty in everything when you look with an open mind… Looking forward to taking this inspiration and creating some beautiful bespoke art pieces!

Summer Open Exhibition 2018 at Cank Street Gallery in Leicester

Feeling excited and proud to be exhibiting some of my artwork at the Open Exhibition this year! Artists compete for a space in the Exhibition, which usually attracts new, emerging and established artists. I am exhibiting Apparition, Eruption and Enchanted Orchard – view my Portfolio to check these pieces out! The Exhibition is being held between 6 June – 4 August.
